Jellybean Manor ~ Terms and conditions of Hire
Payment to be made 7 days prior to booking date to secure your date and time.
Cancellations made less than 48 Hours prior to booking date will incur a 50% charge
(includes covid cancellations)
Jellybean Manor is to be left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Any damage or cleaning will incur extra costs.
NO Pets, unless agreed prior with the owners
NO Parties or events unless agreed prior wth the owner
NO Smoking inside the building or outdoor under cover areas. The supplied ash trays must be used for butts.
DO NOT enter any rooms that have NOT been agreed with by the owner (Excludes EDEN staircase – no photos in this area unless agreed with by the owner.)
DO NOT touch or move any furniture or props during your stay without first getting approval from the owners.
DO NOT arrive early as we may not be ready for your arrival.
DO NOT PARK ON THE FOOTPATH.
IMPORTANT: We have a very large double drive way that extends right up to the house and we request you make use of it
The owner reserves the right to be at the premises the entire duration of the booking.
Jellybean Manor is a family home please ensure you finish on time. Running overtime may incur extra charges.
